Author's Note: The Hunger Games, it simply keeps you turning pages, there was no competition or thought needed, I knew this was the book I wanted to write my District Writing Assessment upon.
Our future’s vision in the eyes of a majority of our generation embodies, stats reading a gain in population. The president won’t see any necessity to discover a path, including depression to families, to kill twenty-four tributes yearly. In particular not controlling everyone to watch in reminder of their, the Capitol’s, power. Like I said, in the eyes of a majority of our generation, which means Suzanne Collins’s eyes aren’t counted. Suzanne Collins’s book, The Hunger Games in my brain meant the future was to be the exact opposite, in the author’s imagination. Suzanne Collins has a foreign illusion toward writing a novel, which is shown in, The Hunger Games, movie included. Everyone has an opinion but, in my point of view I see her process of writing a best seller, almost exactly.
When I daydream about The Hunger Games, immediately Katniss, the main character, comes to mind. Katniss, she’s a girl and the main character, why didn’t Suzanne choose the usual boy to be the book’s main character? I presume because, half of this novel is based on romance and the other half is based on a battle to the death. Without a girl there couldn’t be romance. That leaves the battle to the death half. Which is new to my taste but, Suzanne hit the mild and spicy act smack dab on the nose. Along with the rest of the astoundingly exquisite book, I came across another point why a lady was her pick of a main character in my hypothesis. Reason being, she wants to prove women are powerful too, like bring twelve districts and a Capitol to tears powerful. Crying isn’t Katniss’s game though, it’s archery and, she’s kill a squirrel with a shot through the eye, good. Hunting isn’t a bias sport gentlemen, Katniss Everdeen proves that. My female friend, Abby, hunts too and she’s shot two deer.
All focus is continuously on Katniss in The Hunger Games, and the next book in the trilogy, Catching Fire. Catching Fire is titled after The Hunger Games, as a matter of opinion. In The Hunger Games, Katniss is nicknamed the girl on fire. Perfect nickname for her, Cinna, her designer for the games, came up with it. He was tired of the coal miner costumes year after year so, he changes it up a little with some fire. Her ensemble was literary lit with flames before the chariot ride. Never cherishing the Capitol for making them act cheerful in the chariot rides, their anniversary game, in the long run pushes her over the limit and she may start a few uprisings. That’s why in The Hunger Games her signature should be, fight fire with fire. Catching Fire, know you should understand. Suzanne incorporated to her readers this sign and I saw the sign clear as day.
The Catching Fire movie is sure to change a few of the main details from the book, just like The Hunger Games movie. Why in the world did Katniss receive the mockingjay pin in a different way? I’m not quite positive why Gary Ross, The Hunger Games director, chose to direct my most beloved installments differentially in the movie which, I didn’t take pleasure in. But, I have a clue. With how Suzanne explained Madge in such specification it wouldn’t have been a simple task to find a look-alike, therefore one of my favorite characters couldn’t give Katniss the mockingjay pin. Hob dealers weren’t described as well so, that’s a compromise Gary made. This was really a downer and that’s another implement to as why the book was better than the movie in my judgement along with some of my beasties.

The Hunger Games is composed by a New York Times Bestselling author and is the number one movie of the year. From reading the volume and watching the movie, Gale would be my choice but, the dying question is, in Mockingjay will Katniss make the right decision?
