One Of The Funniest Things That Ever Happened 2 Me

Author's Note: The funniest times in your life are the times you will always remember.  They make you laugh and smile and that's good for your health and to keep you happy.

I don't remember the funniest thing that ever happened to me but, one funniest things that happened to me was one day in 6th grade we put on a fashion show and we had a blanket as the "red carpet" and I was wearing heels and I was walking fast across the blanket and everyone was starring at me and I had one leg up in the air ready to take the next step and the other came out behind me and I slipped and fell on my butt.

Poems

I was gave the name of Sadie.
I clear tears of sorrow.
Everyday my people greet me with love and care.
I return the love in kisses.
I am also known as speedo and kujo,
Since I am fast as lightning and protect my people.
I get lots of treats and know lots of tricks
That makes my owners laugh.
I love my life and when I fall asleep I can't wait for the next day.

What would your dream life be like?

Author's Note: What would your dream life be like?  Where would you live?  What would your house look like inside?  What kind of car would you have?  What would you look like?  Who would be your friends?  How much money would you have?

In my dream life.  I would live in a medium sized house with beautiful inside  furniture decor.  My room would be paint neon green and light blue. I'd have someone come in  and decorate my house for me.  I'd have a golden beetle as a car. I'd have lighter hair than normal on top and beneath I'd have darker hair than normal and it'd be longer than normal.  I'd have  the same blue eyes because, everyone loves my eyes.  I'd have my mom's nose not my dad's and Id have straighter teeth.  I'd have some dresses in my closet and all the colors in converse.  I'd  have two jewelery boxes.  I'd have a ton of close friends and I'd have enough money to have a little left and a lot to donate.  I'd live in New York and work as a guidance counselor.  I'd have a life just like now, I love my life.

You Shouldn't Wish

Author's Note-- You Wish should really be titled You Shouldn't Wish and you will find out why in the book, You Wish by, Mandy Hubbard.  It’s one of the best books you’ll ever read and you’ll truly believe wishes do come true.

Have you ever made a stupid wish?  I know I have.  You shouldn’t wish.  When you don’t believe your wish will come true, naturally it will.  Don’t make a wish just to hope.  Wish something that’s crazy and that hasn’t and won’t happen on its own.  “ This book seems to prove that you shouldn’t wish for something stupid.  You Wish” by Mandy Hubbard is one of the best books I've ever read.  I would suggest, "You Wish" to anyone who loves to read and wants a cliff-hanger kind of book.  How would the life of Kayla change if she were to not make the stupid wish on her birthday cake?

If you wish it will either come true at the right time and the right place, if it’s a wish that means something. Or at the wrong time and the wrong place, if it’s a wish that means zilch.  What does wrong place wrong time mean to you?  To me it means that if you wish upon a star to many times for something that doesn’t matter, and it something that’ll happen on its own.  It’ll come about to bite you in the in the rear.  To Kayla it means that if you make a brainless wish just to hope, nothing will go your way until you correct your ways.  Kayla and I are on the same page about it because, I can relate.

While thinking about what, incorrect place incorrect time means to you, don’t overlook that one perfect thing waiting to happen later in life following a week jam-packed of no sleep.  This book is just like my life.  After karma comes around and you change your ways karma will make that dream that was too foolish to wish for come true.  In the book, You Wish there is a single thing great thing that is waiting to happen to turn things upside down.  She got that one awesome wish (Ben kissing her).  Even though she feared that her friendship with Nichole was wrecked forever, they became closer friends.

While wondering about why something good comes out of something terrible, consider how many others can relate.  It seems that my life is just like hers.  Her two weeks full of bad wishes happening at the wrong time and wrong place. For me none of my wishes are coming true.  To add I haven’t seen my best friend in three months and one word love.  Two words actually, love stinks.  Eventually she got her good and I’m waiting for mine.

Day-dreaming about all this wrong place wrong point in time.  Imagining if your someone who can relate.  Shouldn’t you be thinking, you can wish to be her?  Truth is you are her.  I'm her because, wishes do come true.  You just have to wait for the true place and the true moment.  How would the life of Kayla change if she were to not make the stupid wish on her birthday cake?  I think it would've only made her life worst, what do you think?

All I want for X-mas is...

Author's Note: All I want for Christmas is..., what do you want for Christmas?  Your two front teeth, a pony, or even to have someone under the mistletoe.
I'm the kind of girl with high hopes around Christmas time.  I always have a list at least two pages long and there's always a lot more than I get but, this year I want an I-pod touch of course, I've wanted this for over a year.  My mom tends to give away a thing or two before Christmas, I think I'm getting an I-pod touch but, if my mom reads this I wouldn't give away too much.   Of course, that isn't all I want though.  What do you want for Christmas?

Drama Monologue

Author's Note: This is a monologue I wrote for Drama class and in the monologue a snotty girl learns that even she needs friends well, shes working on it.
“O-M-G, this is my worst nightmare. “   I just lost my best friend and I chipped a nail.  Not that I care that I lost my best friend… my only friend… the one I would go to when I had a bad day… Oh my gosh!  I have too many bad days not to have someone to talk to.  But, like they say there’s plenty of fish in the sea but, not like her.  I’m going to have to call and apologize right away but, I did nothing wrong, I’m not going to apologize.  There are plenty of others that want to go get a mani-pedis with me but, I just chipped a nail and it’s all because, of her.  I should make her pay for my mani-pedi and my new best friend’s.  What color should I paint my nails? Razzle-Dazzle Red?  Oh for the dance, I can make her pay for my new dress because, she ripped my other and heels that match and my new best friend can tell me I look good in all the dresses.

Definition of Proud- USA

Definition of Proud- USA

Author's Note:  Writing this made me feel close to home, I even had the perfect quote to finish this story and make it come alive and reality.  I'm dedicating this piece to my grandfather, thanks.

I am proud of this country because, through this country’s hard times we’ve truly pulled it together.  All we need is each other.  We’ve fought for what we have and what we have is freedom of speech which is something only few other countries have, and we are one of the lucky ones that does have that freedom.  I can’t think of the United States without our freedom of speech.
When I think of the United States I think of the word proud that’s how we can describe our country.  You can’t expect me not to bring up that the eagle symbolizes the United States.  It is the perfect animal to symbolize us because, the eagle symbolizes freedom, nobility, and pride. We should be proud that we can have this animal symbolize our country.
“What so proudly”, even our national anthem has the word proud in it.  When our flag was founded the colors of the flag had no meaning.  The stars and stripes stood for; the stripes on the flag stand for the thirteen colonies and the stars stand for the fifty states.  The colors stood for; white signifies purity and innocence.  Red symbolizes hardiness and valour.  Last but not least, blue is the color of the Chief (the broad band above the stripes) signifies vigilance, perseverance & justice.
My grandpa was a sargent in the U.S. army and whenever he tells me his stories I start to tear up because, I’m thinking to myself that people truly care for our country and fight for what we believe in.  I also think to myself that army forces are what we should be proud of.  We won all our most important fights and we do for a reason.  We help our allies and they lend a hand to us when we're in need and without them the times we are in need we don’t have to struggle.
So, the answer’s yes.  I’m definitely, without a doubt, positively am proud of this country.  There’s nothing you can’t be proud of.  I’m lucky to have even stepped foot into this country let alone live in it.  Sometimes you take things for gradated but, think about your great live.  Like I say, “Live as if you’ll die tomorrow.”

Peacocks

Author's Note: This post is my opion on peacocks.  It's weird how people don't look past what's already there.  People don't think of peacocks of what they are and we have to prevent that from happening.  Peacocks are truely the perfect animal.

Peacocks are one of the most and strikingly marked of all birds.  I love peacocks.  They have so many special things about them that other animals don’t have.  Peacocks are the best animals of all, I think this because, peacocks are pretty proud peacock princesses.
Something that most people know peacocks for is their beautiful trains.  These trains are thought of to mean pride and royalty. Buddhists think that they symbolize openness and showing everyone your true colors, because the obvious; their feathers being all open and gorgeous!
Something that most people don’t know about peacocks is that peacocks can fly.  Peacocks can fly but, only for short distances.  They do this to stay away from predators.  Another reason that peacocks fly is if they’re looking for a place to roost for the night.  They can fly to trees with low branches.  Peacocks also fly to try and find food.
Most people when they think of peacocks they think of normal peacocks but, there’re white peacocks too.  White peacocks are exactly what you think of when you say white peacocks, they’re white peacocks.  One fact people think is cool about peacocks is that they have a constellation that’s titled the peacock after them.
There’re also congo peacocks and they’re endangered. These peacocks are different than the rest of the species.  They are smaller than the regular peacocks so, if you compared them you’d be able to tell which one was a regular peacock and which one was a congo peacock.  The male congo peacock was discovered in 1936 after 23 years of searching in central Congo.  Together we can save this beautiful creature.
Peacocks are the best animals of all, I think this because, peacocks are pretty proud peacock princesses.  Not many people like peacocks but, they are actually quite amazing so, help these animals be noticed for their amazement.
